Building confidence and independence for everyday life

Occupational Therapy for children and teens aged 3–18

We work alongside children, families, and schools in Moe and the Latrobe Valley to support participation in the activities that matter most.

How we can help

We support children across a wide range of areas to help them participate fully in daily life, at home, at school, and in the community.

Assessments & Reports

Comprehensive assessments to understand a child's strengths and needs, with clear reports for families, schools, and funding bodies.

Sensory Processing

Sensory processing is how we notice and respond to sensory information, such as sound, touch and movement, and how this influences everyday activities. We help children and teens understand their sensory patterns, preferences and needs, with practical strategies to support comfort, regulation and participation at home, school and in the community.

Fine Motor Skills

Building hand strength, coordination, and dexterity for writing, cutting, self-care, and play.

School Readiness

Preparing children for the transition to school with foundational skills in attention, independence, and learning.

Play & Social Skills

Developing the skills children need to connect with peers, engage in play, and navigate social situations.

Self-Care & Independence

Supporting children to develop confidence in dressing, eating, grooming, and daily routines.

Emotional Regulation

Helping children understand and manage their emotions so they can engage more fully in learning and relationships.
